Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF) is a state-owned company that was established in December 2009 to complete the framework in the financing of Public-Private Partnership of infrastructure projects. The IIGF works as an instrument to protect investors in the infrastructure projects against potential risks that emerge from policies that may have impact on the investment.

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Sebanyak 3 insititusi sepakat membagi agenda pembangunan infrastruktur dengan skema Public Private Partnership (PPP) atau Kerja Sama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Nota kesepahaman tersebut ditujukan untuk mempermudah mekanisme investasi di Indonesia. MoU itu juga merupakan persiapan Indonesia menghadapi peningkatan investment grade yang akan dilakukan oleh rating agency pada awal 2011.
